The Patagonia Ultralight Black Hole Sling 8L backpack is designed to withstand wear and tear and the elements. It's made from Ultralight Black Hole, a lightweight, fully recycled nylon ripstop fabric that's highly packable, weather-resistant, and durable. The teardrop shape keeps the bag right behind your shoulders where it's protected when navigating crowded streets and subway terminals. When you need to access something, the asymmetrical harness allows you to swing the bag forward for quick access. It features a large main zippered compartment to hold lunch and extra clothes. Designed for essentials, the external zippered pocket keeps your passport and sunglasses handy. A convenient stretch (and expandable) mesh pocket on the chest/shoulder strap accommodates a wide variety of phone sizes. Soft, highly breathable mesh on the shoulder strap and back panel wicks moisture, dries quickly, and increases ventilation. When not in use, the bag can be stowed in a pocket. Made from 100% recycled nylon (50% post-consumer recycled / 22% solution-dyed) ripstop treated with a silicone face-fabric coating and polyurethane backing and lined with 3.3 oz 100% recycled 200-denier polyester with a polyurethane coating and a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish.
