Black Hole® Micro MLC™ Backpack 22L

Patagonia MLC ® 22 L is a durable and soft suitcase that can be converted into a backpack, ideal as carry-on luggage.

A new member of the MLC family, the Black Hole® Micro MLC™ offers excellent technical features that allow for efficient organization on shorter trips. Designed to meet the most stringent airline carry-on baggage requirements, both overhead and under-seat, this convertible backpack features soft sides, uses recycled materials that protect contents from scratches and light precipitation, and can be carried in three different ways. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.

Three modes of transportation:
- Backpack with ergonomic shoulder straps that can be stored in the dedicated zippered compartment;
- Shoulder strap with comfortable padding;
- Hand-held, with two 24-hour style grips.

• Fabric made from recycled materials and transport by plane as carry-on luggage.

  This item is made with recycled materials and recycled TPU film; its dimensions meet even the strictest requirements for carrying hand luggage on airplanes.

• Multiple content organization options

  Spacious main compartment that can accommodate clothing and equipment (including a pair of shoes) for a few days and is equipped with a mesh divider that separates the two sections, preventing the contents from spilling out when the mini-suitcase is opened.

• Padded laptop case

  Dedicated case for Tecno devices, capable of accommodating 15" laptops, with space for documents and cables/chargers; the laptop case opens with a zipper and stays flat to facilitate airport security checks without having to remove the laptop from the backpack.

• Three transportation options

  With three different carrying options: backpack, shoulder bag/sling bag, and briefcase/handbag in a 24-hour style.

• Carrying as a shoulder bag or crossbody bag.

  Convertible from backpack to shoulder bag/messenger bag by unfastening and storing the padded shoulder straps, then removing the additional strap and attaching it to the strap on the right shoulder pad.

• Anchoring points

  External attachment points allow you to secure extra equipment and offer additional configuration options for transport; the large, wraparound loop on the back panel can be used as a convenient handle for carrying the bag by hand or slipped over the telescopic handle of a trolley.
